Business Development & Account Manager
Connect with local restaurant owners and help them discover how Yay3 can transform their business. Restaurant industry experience is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a field + phone role, not a desk job. You’ll split your time between bringing on new restaurants and supporting existing Yay3 clients in the Greensboro area.
You’ll:
- Visit local restaurants to introduce Yay3 and build relationships
- Speak with owners or managers to assess interest and business needs
- Make follow-up calls and schedule demos or onboarding appointments
- Research and identify new restaurant prospects
- Handle objections confidently, even when owners are busy or blunt
- Manage relationships with assigned Yay3 restaurant clients
- Check in with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and adoption
- Identify upsell or expansion opportunities within current accounts
- Enter notes, activity, and follow-ups into GoHighLevel CRM
- Support automated email follow-ups, tracking, and account notes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong people skills with a confident, friendly personality
- Comfortable talking to business owners face-to-face and by phone
- Organized, dependable, and good at managing follow-ups
- Able to stay positive in challenging or fast-paced conversations
- Willing to learn both sales and account management fundamentals
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
