Why does my tablet display "Webpage not available"?

If your tablet’s home screen displays a white page saying “Webpage not available”, it may be due to no internet connection. Watch the video below to reconnect your tablet to your internet.

How can I pause my services without disabling all my orders?

If you need to pause your services, you can easily do so without having to turn off your entire ordering service.

You can resume your services by clicking Resume Service.

How can I reboot my tablet?

How do I refresh my ordering dashboard?

If you need to refresh your ordering dashboard, locate the lock icon on the left top corner of the screen. Press it and the screen will refresh.

How do I pause a food item on my dashboard?

Pause a food item

  1. Locate the menu section on the left side of the screen. It should be a fork crossed with a spoon.
  2. Locate the food item.
  3. Press the pause icon at the end of the dish.

It will ask how long you want to pause and the reason for pausing the item. Click confirm when finished.

Out of stock food item

  1. Follow steps 1–2 above.
  2. Click the check box next to the food item and an Actions box will appear.
  3. Click No Stock.
How do I unpause or put back in stock a food item on my dashboard?

Unpause food item

  1. Locate the menu section on the left side of the screen.
  2. Locate the food item that is paused.

Click the triangle button to resume it. A popup will confirm that you want to resume the item.

Back in stock food item

  1. Follow steps 1–2 above.
  2. Click the check box next to the food item and an Actions box will appear.
  3. Click Available.
